Our returns policy — what qualifies, the timeframe, and how to start a return.

Return eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with seals intact. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us

    Email us at returns@supplete.eu with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day.

  2. Receive return instructions

    We'll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label (EU only) or return address.

  3. Ship the product

    Pack securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

  4. Refund processed

    Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. Refund goes to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are covered by Supplete for damaged/faulty products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless the order total exceeded €100.
